Pros
My experience with Grupo STT gave me the opportunity to gain work experience and develop professionally. I appreciate having had a job during that period. However, I believe there is room for improvement in their offboarding and communication processes, especially regarding final payments to former employees. Addressing these issues could greatly improve the overall employee experience.
Cons
Unfortunately, my experience with Grupo STT was not positive. The only good aspect was having a job opportunity. After leaving the company, more than three months have passed, and I still haven’t received my final settlement payment. I’ve contacted the HR department several times, but there has been no clear response or solution. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves its processes to ensure fair treatment for all employees.
