      Poor communication Unrealistic expectations Low pay for the work Employees are held to different standards depending on their role Toxic culture - “Be the Hero” = overworked, unsupported, consistently blindsided

      The people, family oriented. Put employees first with every decision made.

      Not really a con but the drive sometimes as a tech.

      No pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      Low pay, horrible training, high expectations in a short amount of time. Only work here if you absolutely have to.
