Pros
Incredibly fun product to work with prospects/customers to evaluate. It is very rare that you get to sell a "sexy" product on the innovation front while still providing a strong business impact/ROI and have the opportunity to customize a product to each customers needs (definitely not smoke and mirrors pitch like a lot of software sales can be). Complex and long sales cycle that is fulfilling but requires an extra dose of patience, lots of strategy and a consultative sales approach from a mature sales exec. BUT the payoff is there financially due to the large average deal size. Absolutely amazing people to work with! Very driven and sharp team that enjoys working hard and spending time together. Amazing opportunity to really change the training industry and work for the leader in the VR training space.
Cons
Somewhat limited growth opportunities with the companies current size, rather hierarchical for a small company which is starting to lead to a communication and cultural gap between the leadership team and several parts of the company. These seem to be natural growing pains for this phase in a companies growth cycle but it would be great to see leadership listening and start addressing issues from the bottom up so they don't become foundational cracks that impact engagement.
