      Pros

      The culture is amazing! Everyone gets along very well and the team gets together once a month for a social which really helps strengthen the culture. Michael always has your best interests at heart and wants you to succeed. He will work with you one on one to make sure you are pushing yourself to your full potential. If you do well, there is no micromanagement. Work from home two days a week as well!

      Decent pay, they give you food for the most parts.Most of the workers are nice

      They will treat you like a child. If there is a problem instead of talking to you about it, they just ignore you. There is a lot of favoritism, so for example, if you're a new bartender, you will never get shifts, they will just keep scheduling you for serving because they have only their specific people that they do. It's all about favoritism. I thought it was a respected, respectful company towards the employee's, but the way i've been ignored this week.That is a whole different level of disrespect.So no, if you want to be disrespected, go ahead and work for them
