Management tension, demonstrated favoritism, questionable behavior by upper management, constantly seeking loopholes in policies, rules for thee but not for me mentality of upper management, very unprofessional behavior exhibited throughout the ranks. undermining of HR and questions every action suggested. Be careful when considering this place for your employment. While there are some great things about it, there are also many, many unsavory aspects of it. The technology itself is what carries this business forward, because it surely isn't the leadership of this company. The culture that has been allowed to thrive here is not one that a healthy person should even consider. There is no diversity on the upper management team, no females in mid to upper level management roles, and only one females on the board of directors.
