Pros
company was flexible with work scheduling, management trusted employees to get work done, overall lack of unnecessary meetings, and paid alright for the field.
Cons
Upper management created a hostile work environment over personal opinions on remote work access. Employees asked to take on responsibility of higher position without actually being promoted to that position. raises did not keep up with inflation and now are not happening since the company is not doing well. Multiple requests to shadow and learn a new position were ignored.
