Pros

- Great Compensation - Highly knowledgeable and engaged coworkers - Very engaging and interesting work: just not enough time in a day to get it all done. - Great office amenities

Cons

- Really poor work life balance; this job is likely your coworker's entire life - Unreasonable expectations; the company is very much still in its infancy and looking to expand, though they haven't quite figured out what it looks like to deploy physical systems responsibly to external customers - Don't expect any leniency when it comes to learning the team or the field: stay engaged, and stay vocal of what you're doing and when. - Not the kind of team where employees can take a task and work separately before returning with results - they're looking for constant engagement and daily collaboration even if it isn't necessary.

Pros

Coworkers are all very smart but still down-to-earth and supportive. Project managers encourage employees to get involved in projects they’re interested in and are willing to accommodate WFH and flexible schedules wherever possible. There are a good amount of opportunities to socialize with coworkers and get involved in interest groups and clubs. Also free snacks!

Cons

Be prepared to deal with some lack of direction while you wait for your clearance to come through. Prospective interns should ask about unclassified tasks in the interview. Projects occasionally have people working extra hours but most employees tend to take extra time off the next week to compensate for this.
