Pros
Team and Senior are helping in nature as working in Delhi. Owner Mr. Dhirajlal Kotadia is a very good person and most respectful. God Bless him.
Cons
We will only learn Delphi. No other technologies will be used. Hence at points will feel outdated. When business is not good then-No Increment and Mass Layout. Even Senior Most employee is laid off due to politics. The process of laying off is very unprofessional and disrespectful, HR will call you & when you reach your place PC is gone. CEO of Company does expense in getting paid awards but not for the welfare of the employee.
