Let’s be honest your typical sales positions have high turnover, they hire whoever, take what sales you can produce/ squeeze what they can out of you, and hope the person sticks around. At STL Communications it is COMPLETELY different. The support from upper management and the training you receive is amazing. STL Communications genuinely wants you to succeed, they are not looking to have high turnover, and they push you in a way that makes you better without over complicating things. The atmosphere is great, you don’t feel like everyone is trying to stab you in the back at first opportunity like you would think in typical sales environment.
