No Concern for Employees - Anonymous employee STI Computer Services Employee Review

Absolutely no concern for employee well being. Company refuses to invest in decent chairs for employees who are required to sit for entire shifts to perform tasks. Chairs are falling apart and have no support. Staff complains constantly about neck and back pain and the management has no ability to fix the problem since they apparently have no money to spend on taking care of employees. Worker's comp claims will eventually convince them to do something about the work conditions.
