Pros
Learned a lot about finance Salesman are extremely respectful especially for the car industry. A lot of hardworking employees but are always positive (who doesn’t have bad days).
Cons
No life outside of STG at times will only give you one day off. Will not give you a raise regardless if it was promised by upper management. Place is definitely understaffed but understandable it’s a new location. If you call out sick due to being overworked they will ask for a doctors note. There is also favoritism so be careful In the interview they will promise a raise good luck with that.
