The working hours is short. The work is focus and specialized for the hospitality industry. The management is supportive and willing to provide development for both full time and part time jobs.
Cons
For part-time or adjunct positions, the pay is dependent on the hours of work making it very irregular. There is no job security and it can be terminated prematurely.
