Pros
Fast pace, demanding position. Gained an incredible amount of experience in that most companies cannot compare to the diversity that I was involved in. Very stable company with good pay and benefits.
Cons
Too slow in rolling out new products. STERIS tends to over engineer the products, making them obsolete before rolling them out. Middle management is always so concerned about covering themselves, which constitutes counterproductivity. Marketing department pays low, therefore cannot attract the top candidates. It is a constant revolving door.
