Pros
Compensation and benefits are comparable to the rest of the market, will have to negotiate. I would work for the company again just not with the direct leadership that I had.
Cons
My manager needed diversity training, and how to not micro manage. That person made my time with the company so uncomfortable and unbearable that I choose to leave.
