Pros

- Nice interior design - Friendly colleagues - 15 minutes from the city center - Flexible working hours

Cons

- Salaries are not paid sometimes. They come up with reasons to cut your salary, for example, if your student takes buttons off the keyboard you can get fined, or if you haven't gone through 'integration' program, you will NOT get your money. This program makes you learn owner's biography and his views on education, after watching videos/ reading texts you have to do some tests or film video where you talk about it, you have to watch into the camera all the time, without moving your eyes at all. - Global control (video/audio recording, you have to additionally provide records of 2 lessons a month, or your paycheck is on hold) - Computers get blue screens often, pirate software, slow Wi-Fi, robotics class misses a lot of details, some of them are malfunctioning - Inconsistent rules - Low wage

Pros

It's a great place to learn new experiences and develop yourself. You will learn crisis management and will get you out of your comfort zone. Pay is decent too.

Cons

This whole business seems to be interesting and have a lot of potential, but the company clearly has no proper planning and just likes to open branches all over the world. How can you sell courses and promise world-class IT education when there are no tutors in place? Employees were promised to become permanent staff after 3 months of probation, but it was extended without our knowledge.
