      Some of the students are amazing. Some of the staff are great.

      Cons

      Very clicky. Few worthwhile trainings. Doesn’t value your time or your family. Doesn’t have the back of staff. Pay is all over the place. Some staff get great salaries to do almost nothing.

      Pros

      Nice principal with a good empathetic personality.

      Cons

      Disastrous school district with increasingly negative behavioral and academic problems in both schools. This independent charter school district might be one of the worst in the country. Needs to close down and restart from the beginning and hope that it is much better next time around.
