      Pros

      Steinel are an excellent company to work for. Support from management when required along with encouragement to develop professionally. Great team to work with. Good benefits along with a good working environment. ASM role can be lonely in the wrong company but management and colleagues keep in touch and check up to prevent this.

      ONLY was Pay. No benefits

      Cons

      Expected to know everything about everything including software they never said you needed to know during interview, within a month and half. One person left while I was there due to no advancement or wage increase.

      Great benefits are the only thing good about this company.

      Cons

      Company never has the right product portfolio for the market. Product R&D is very slow. Basic salary is quite low compared to the market.
