The company itself feels very unstable. The founder doesn’t like to train his managers to help bring in work. So one person is responsible in attempting to bring in all the work, which contributes to a lot of downtime for others. And you still have to come into the office when you are unstaffed. Hours are very inconsistent. Pay and benefits are below market.
