      Great energy and culture developed by the old leadership. Felt like an extended family with some very smart people on board.

      Cons

      Limited vision for how it was going to grow past its core capabilities into a much more well-rounded agency. Has since been swallowed into Dentsu

      Pros

      - A lot of responsibility from the get go - Really great atmosphere and friendly colleagues - Learn a lot and colleagues are very willing to teach you about an agency's role in digital marketing

      Cons

      During my short stay at the company, I can't say I encountered any negative experiences at all. However, a suggestion from someone like myself who wants to work in digital marketing. Perhaps, management could make future interns do the google tests so they come out with an achievement too!
