Decent insurance options Lots of free food Beautiful office Dog days

Cons

Executive leadership, including HR, are wildly biased and discriminatory. Numerous complaints with valid examples have been made against those at the top and they still remain. HR always claim they take it seriously, but they are just as complicit. That's because there's no real HR when the department is actually managed by finance and the CEO, who of course have a different bottom line.
