      - Exposed to a lot of hands-on experience in M&A process - Was able to manage a lot of responsibility (because of the nature of startups) - Learned a lot in terms of M&A deal process (producing IM decks, market research, due diligence, etc.)

      Cons

      - Lack of structure within the company (understandable since it's a startup) - Should provide more OJT sessions for new hires & interns
