      Os funcionários em sua maioria possuem algum tempo de casa, há muitas pessoas experientes, dispostas a ensinar o trabalho com disposição.

      Cons

      Presidente sem tato com funcionários, gritaria e xingamentos acontecem com frequência. Isso faz com que as gerências tenham receios, não gerando ambiente para inovação. Não se trabalha com meritocracia e sim por afinidade. Sem possibilidade de crescimento ou promoções.
