Pros
Challenging, medical/pharmaceutical subject matter is interesting. Colleagues are supportive. Office located in downtown Ann Arbor.
Cons
Work can be routine. Not a lot of time for innovation. Expectation that you will do your job without knowing much about the goals of the company. Some managers are inexperienced and don't care to honestly evaluate your work and communicate expectations. Definite emphasis on speed not accuracy of work.
