Good benefits, horrible management - Anonymous employee STASSKOL Employee Review

The pay was mediocre and raises were so small, they were more of an insult than anything. Management is so lost, clueless and unwilling to listen to anyone's advice but their own. There's also several managers who carry the attitude of "listen only to me and no one else". I've been in 2 previous shops that went out of business that were managed better than this company is. Would absolutely do everything possible to avoid this company.
