Pros
Everyone is very friendly and you'll get to be very comfortable after a while. The other employees are usually willing to help you out if need be.
Cons
You can't expect much work unless you try coaching,subbing,teaching multiple classes all of which can be really inconsistent in terms of scheduling and hours. Tons of nepotism. Everyone is friendly enough but you'll come to learn that other people are usually working much more comfortably than you are.
