None, NOTHING and ZILCH, health insurance but expensive, only work 4 days a week but it’s 10 hours a day

Hostile work environment. Policies keep changing by the week, paperwork is extreme, and when you offer feedback or question something, you will become a target. They do not want to hear your opinions, or have you ask questions as to why something is done a particular way nor why something is being changed. They see it as you being obstinate and call it insubordination. When in reality, you were just simply asking a question to gain a more clear understanding of how something works, and meant no harm at all. They don’t want any excuses. They expect you to nod your head and be “Yes” counselors, instead of asking “Why” for clarification. If you keep your mouth shut, do as you are told and are willing to put up with the abuse, have your job threatened on the daily, belittled and have management breathing down your neck 24/7, then this is the place for you! There are certain people who have been recently assigned managerial roles who have absolutely no business being in that role. Clients constantly complain about management, particularly two come to mind. The referral sources have no clue what is going on and their relationships with this place are going into the gutter. I would be surprised if this company lasts another 6-9 months quite frankly. Do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere. You will come to thank this review later! Stay far away unless you want your life to be miserable.
