none any pro is used against you to manipulate you into the cons of working here

the list is longer than a cvs receipt. all you need to know is this is probably the most toxic workplace you'll ever encounter in your life. the ceo is the most bipolar person you could ever work for and the expectations are so unrealistic it will run your health into the ground but no one will care and you will be told you're underperforming even on your last breath. prepare to work countless hours doing tasks not within your job and constant policy changes team changes day to day changes. not a single thing here is ever constant including your mental health. prepare for gaslighting bullying harassment manipulation and all things hr reportable but never any real solutions. you will be blamed for everything wrong at this company and have to deal with the consequences while the ceo is on endless vacations not aware of anything going on with his business or his own team. the only growth you get is when someone gets fired or quits then you have to take on everything they were responsible for. good luck if you work here you will need it. 0 stars is not enough
