      Pros

      Lead/supervisor pretty much ran a clown show anything went which was a pros for slackers.

      Cons

      No regulation, favoritism, gossip by the lead/supervisor. Most stuff was ran non conforming within that department and kept it that way. Poor for especially been hit by FDA with a warning letter.

      Pros

      Management really does take care of its workers whether its a good year or a bad year. Great work culture and diversity which has always honestly been wonderful. Plenty of opportunity and growth.

      Cons

      I think management just needs to do a better job on making the hard decisions that will benefit everyone in the company.
