- Pay & Benefits (including bonus) - Caring, family-like atmosphere - Office perks, like free drinks, snacks, breakfast, monthly happy hours - Flexible work arrangements, whenever possible (including location and when work) - Good work/life balance. Usually 40 - 45 hours per week max - Responsive management

Cons

- In transition away from largest source of business to new areas, leading to loss of work for some and concern by others wondering whether they'll have work in future model. - Struggling somewhat to land new sales allowing continued diversity of opportunities and revenue lift

They have a very supportive environment. They offer excellent onboarding and K2 sessions.

Cons

The only problem I see is that they prioritize client satisfaction over internal issues. When problems arise, their managers fail to communicate these concerns to the client's management team.
