      Pros

      Jackie is awesome to work for. Great people to work with. Excellent new buses! MST is the best school bus company to work for in Los Angeles. MST brings a lot more safety consciousness when they took over Atlantic Express, much better uniforms now, like the button up shirt over the polo.

      Cons

      Jim Lasky was an excellent manager, he has been promoted and does not run the day to day operations anymore. A real tragedy. Get transit qualified. Health benefits are 9.5% out of whatever you make. There is a matching 401(k) where you contribute up to 3% and MST will match 1.5% pro rata up to 5 years employment where you will get the full 1.5%.

      Summers off and school vacations are unpaid aside from potentially unemployment.
