Pros
Salaries receive on time, have its own carpark, u wouldn't need to pay parking fee. I'm just waiting to finish my bond.
Cons
Pro foreigners. Can't speak proper english during meeting or lead the project. I have seen how those PRC (PR) cut corners or made terrible calculation mistakes when designing naval ships and dare not own up. Their appraisal will still have better grade in the end, make your guess.
