Top down command and control - regimental Old school thinking- employees are just assets ir tools for profit making, first to cut when business not doing well Strong resistance to change Refusal to accept new ideas thereby turn off many young employees High employee turnover resulting in low productivity and morale, Employees are expected to DO MORE WITH LESS. (one person perform multiple projects or jobs) Most employees stay due to market not loyalty Do not place importance or critical productivity tools 0 employees are provided with computers that are up to 5 years old - hardware and software No focus on leadership development, just comply with paper works from HQ

It is difficult to think of any

Cons

Blame culture Start work too early Inefficient in solving problems. Too many unnecessary meetings to solve small issues. Management use inappropriate words in meetings. Vulgarities with words starting starting with F is often heard. Limited food options due to poor location. Incompetent and loafers thrive while those who work hard are blamed.
