If you are a favourite if the existing ceo, then you would have plenty to say here but unfirtunately, i was an ordinary employee
Cons
Worked for really long but still no opportunity for promotiom because ceo had a preferred person to promote. Increment each year is as thou it's pity money. Very pathetic
