Pros

Benefits might seem ok, but its only on the surface. If you get a good manager who cares about your work output that's good.

Cons

They cut back the MC by 2 days and also the office location is all the way at Jurong East. GG to those who stay north or east. Also, for medical appointments, they used to allow "Medical Consult" and now the current HR boss is terrible. Its as if she thinks all medical specialist clinics are open after 6pm or on weekends and only allows staff to take leave just for medical appointments. Talk about welfare? None at all, for the most part, the place is terrible. No comms between day 1 and day 0 or Day 2 to Day 0 -How many Malays do you see inside? -Townhalls are just for show, they talk so much about improving organisation, but how much improvement do you see in the last 3-5 years? When it comes to fair and equality for those non-technical, I can tell you, the technical people will always look down on you. No matter how hard you work, more work will come and then they throw you at the deep end, take project, take double role. If you screw up, its your fault. What kind of nonsence is this? After you take on the crappy project, double or triple role, also no promoition and only the little bit of annual increment, how can? If at townhalls, they cherry-pick all the Q&A, then there is no need for a townhall.
