Learning experience overshadowed by low pay and poor management - Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician ST Engineering Employee Review

Low pay (almost the same with PRC workers) , company cutting costs hence more work load (1 crew do 2 zones with a 3 man team), you are expected to work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. workplace like army style, very regimented. Power tripping management/bosses/HR (we are all not foreigners, some are singaporeans dont treat us like slaves, dont yell at us like we owe you our lives.)
