      * token allocations, but very low

      Cons

      * unorganized managers, who constantly forget what they said * blame others / find a scapegoat culture (teamleads constantly blames other teams) * management never satisfied, no matter how good * management constantly keep developers thinking of being fired * always deadlines and rush

      Pros

      Incredibly talented and friendly people, the atmosphere is great. Challenges are interesting and can actually influence the industry A lot of freedom in time management, great for people who can self manage Remote work Competitive salary

      Cons

      Honestly its great, nothing specific. It can be stressful to be work in such fast paced environment. But that's the case for any startup in general.
