      Benefits package is decent enough.

      Cons

      A deep rooted corporate culture of ego battles. Territorial and micro managing leadership with no oversight from executives. Tons of approvals over insignificant items while large business standard/foundational items are not made a priority.

      The smaller operation gave you an opportunity to get to know everybody which helped generate good ideas and kept information flowing.

      Cons

      The smaller size did limit career progression.

      Lack of an hr department for the people, continuously taking away benefits. Hourly people are looked down upon.
