Good People, struggling growth - Anonymous employee SSP Limited Employee Review

Thank you for this recent review. We love to hear from people that used to work for SSP as well as people who still do. As you state we do try to work as felibly as we can so that we offer a good work/home life balance. All of our roles are advertised internally and we do like to promote first and then back fill externally. We offer a numver of roles in different environments and encourge internal people to apply for anything they may wish to consider. We do listen to all our employees and we do this not only by watching what happens on Yammer and we have a special section on there where suggestion can be made, we also have regular engagement surveys and we do try to action things from this.
