SSP Limited Response
7yAs always thank you for taking the time to write a review. Its great to hear that you enjoying working with your colleagues. However you are clearly unhappy with your employment at SSP and feel very personal about certain things. I absolutely agree with you that values should be for leaders as well as staff. Hopefully you will recall that we actually did 360 on our exec team and business heads in the last 6 months. Most of them have then also been very transparent about the results and what they will do differently as a result. We do have a focus on cost at the moment and we are trying to ensure value for everything we commit to spending. Whilst I am not aware of anyone having a salary cut I am aware that our COO aims to travel to India 4 times per year and these often coincide with Townhalls. We have over 300 employees in India and it is important they have exposure and engagement with our executive team so therefore this is a key part of our engagement strategy. We would welcome any sensible suggestions on how we should be investing money at SSP, and would encourage you to use our Good ideas scheme or speak to HR if you have any suggestions.
