Great opportunities, yearly raises for every employee, encouraged to move up, constantly internally promoting.

I dont have any complaints.

Started as a family environment, became just a number at a company. Employs great talent, but has trouble keeping them. Sick leave was not included in PTO

Benefits weren't great to start with, then became worse over the years. Nepotism. Hard to advance career, very limited roles.
