* There are plenty of hours available * 50% meal during work shift * Early shifts usually available (they start at 4:00 AM) * 401(k) after 30 days of employment.
Cons
* You'll most likely be force extended to work hours past your out-time, even when more than enough people are working with no customers & management will ignore you while doing so. * You don't get 100% of your starting pay rate or insurance until 1 calendar year from date of employment * Management team that is driven for their bonus over the team necessities
