Without a standard, endless non office hour work. The company is actually messy and there are not enough communication channels .Recruitment and hiring are handled by two completely unrelated departments. For example, if a job advertisement requires 2 years of experience, a person with 4 years of relevant experience will be accused of not having enough experience. Another example is that a requirement that is not shown in the job advertisement is mentioned as a must-have during the interview. The company's management focuses only on power struggles rather than operations
