      Work-life balance is manageable. They also currently allow a hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      Hard to move up the chain. Everyone pretty much works individually, so often times you may be out of the loop on something until the last minute.

      The nature of the work is very important, so sometimes there are challenging periods. Only a con if you’re against hard work though.

      Worst program management of my career. Refused to define roles and responsibilities, not supportive when trying to implement change, and actively hindered people trying to develop professionally.
