Pros

Working here has been a genuinely positive experience. It's a great company with a strong culture of support and collaboration. There are so many people who are willing to help you succeed, and the teamwork ethic across the board is outstanding. The pod structure—where each group supports a Project Manager—really promotes efficiency and camaraderie. It’s one of the best organizational setups I’ve seen in an architectural team. Everyone is friendly and approachable, which makes the work environment feel welcoming. There's always plenty of work to keep you engaged, but never to the point of feeling overwhelmed or underappreciated. What truly sets this company apart are the team-building events, fun and informative lunch & learns, and the overall positive energy from leadership and coworkers alike.

Cons

Haven't experienced any negative yet!

Pros

Alot of Lunch and Learns. Breakfast almost every week.

Cons

The directors are controlled by the Project Managers (PM). Most of the project managers talk smack about the new and old employees and have no shame about it. They do not care about the new employees and have a really high turnover rate. When I got hired they had let someone go the same week and the other employees were talking badly about this former worker. I had overheard them talking about me and later that month I was let go. I kept hearing them talking about me and they thought I did not know. Just be careful who you sit next to. I did not really talk to anyone in the office and mainly focused on doing my work and leaving.
