SSOE is committed to DEI and creating a culture that encourages growth and diversity of thought at all levels. In October, 2021, SSOE was excited to name First Woman President, Catherine Myers, PE to help position SSOE for growth, enhance collaboration across business units, and diversity leadership. Catherine is also the firms first woman to Chair its Board of Directors. In 2022, we brought on board Candice Harrison, who is our Director, DEI. Our Executive Leadership Team, and our employees, are expanding our outreach and focusing on driving an inclusive culture. Attracting and retaining a diverse workforce is important to our success as an organization. We look forward to a bright future, our 75th Anniversary in 2023 and our continuous commitment to diversifying our workforce and leadership! Thank you again.
