Pros

office location which is relatively OK. Colleagues are nice too and you can make good friends. Nothing more to add unfortunately.

Cons

Extremely poor management. People are being bullied and eventually laid off. No stability, HR unable to help. You won't get any respect from the management as all they care is money.

Dear former Colleague, Thank you for your feedback. We take allegations of bullying extremely seriously but have not had anything brought to us in HR. Should you have anything to discuss with us, please come and talk in confidence or you can go straight to a director in confidence if you prefer. Regarding stability, we have some turnover as all companies do, and we also have many long-serving team members too. Our management team have grown the company significantly over the years in a competitive sector, and at faster than sector growth levels, so we believe they are effective; and we continue to invest in staff welfare, not least of all a brand new London office in August 2017 with lower occupation density. We have recently enjoyed a team building event for all employees to mark the forthcoming office move plus have fresh fruit in offices daily, extensive perks package and celebrations such as the annual Christmas party, or ad-hoc pub trips to celebrate sales records. We are sorry to hear you don’t share our view but can rest assured we’ll continue to add benefits where and when we can; such as child care vouchers introduced to the benefits package in June 2017 and for 2018 we plan to have two gatherings a year where all staff from both offices meet to hear from all managers about company performance then enjoy company-provided social events. Pros

- SSL247 hires a lot of young inexperienced staff so it's a good way to step in the industry and get some experience even if you just graduated. - Some staff are very professional and friendly, it's a pleasure to work with them. - You are quickly given more responsibilities and have a shot at showing what you're capable of. - International company and 2 offices in France and UK.

Cons

- Top managers maintain a toxic relationship with their employees: one is extremely rude towards staff, swears a lot and shows an unacceptable behaviour, the other is too distant (stays in another office) and hard to communicate with. - Lack of gender equality (female are more represented in repetitive office jobs, male are more represented in higher responsibility and management jobs) - Micro-management is the norm as well as constant changes in company direction. - The company persists in its errors and keeps blaming staff when failing to reach (unrealistic) targets. - No incentive to go the extra mile, success is poorly rewarded. - Management shows its obvious preference for the needs of the sales department
