Dear former Colleague, Thank you for your feedback. We take allegations of bullying extremely seriously but have not had anything brought to us in HR. Should you have anything to discuss with us, please come and talk in confidence or you can go straight to a director in confidence if you prefer. Regarding stability, we have some turnover as all companies do, and we also have many long-serving team members too. Our management team have grown the company significantly over the years in a competitive sector, and at faster than sector growth levels, so we believe they are effective; and we continue to invest in staff welfare, not least of all a brand new London office in August 2017 with lower occupation density. We have recently enjoyed a team building event for all employees to mark the forthcoming office move plus have fresh fruit in offices daily, extensive perks package and celebrations such as the annual Christmas party, or ad-hoc pub trips to celebrate sales records. We are sorry to hear you don’t share our view but can rest assured we’ll continue to add benefits where and when we can; such as child care vouchers introduced to the benefits package in June 2017 and for 2018 we plan to have two gatherings a year where all staff from both offices meet to hear from all managers about company performance then enjoy company-provided social events.
