Where to start? Management is a bunch of people that seriously lack management skills. Constant verbal harassment, insults and putting down their employees. There is no security whatsoever in this job, in my year here I have seen people come and go on a weekly basis at times, we have a couple of people leaving every month at a minimum. Why? Because the company does not value its people.
Everyone working there apart from managers are waiting for the right opportunity to leave this place. And when you decide to leave HR bribes you with a recommendation letter in exchange for a good Glassdoor review... I mean, the length this company goes to try to cover up what an awful place it is to work at are just unbelievable.
There is loads of jobs out there especially if you are looking for Business Development jobs with much better pay, benefits and working environment. Do not waste your time here
