      Project management department seems to swell/shrink according to how many large contracts they have. Number of employees let go at the same time after a large government contract ended. Dated file management system

      Great benefits, which include a FSA, gift baskets, 401k, stocks within the company (if you get invited to join), company vehicle

      Cons

      Management is not what I expected. From my experience SSFM was understaffed and stretches their staff really thin to meet deadlines. No overtime pay for salaried engineers.
