Very spread out company, so lots of time zone issues in the recruiting side. Keeping up with the turnover in some of the locations is also deeply challenging.

Lots of PTO - you’ll use it since you won’t want to be there much. I used my PTO to pick up a second job to make ends meet.

Low pay. No room to grow.
