Friendly atmosphere, casual attire, excellent break schedule. Overall a good place to work, wish I could have been there longer.

Lots of blame shifting (although none of this was directed at myself) problems that arrise as a result of middle management making mistakes often gets blamed on people in lower positions. I was also given many opportunities to improve and regular feedback during my probation, however at the end of my probation, when I had improved enough to meet "book time" for projects, I was let go still. To my knowledge I was the first new hire to have to meet book time as this wasn't a thing in previous years in the department. This was down to my own lack of ability in the job, however this could have been handled better as I was told that if I met book time on the projects I was slow at I would pass my probation.

Great manager who takes the time to explain and teach different skills, always solved problems. fantastic colleagues who are supportive and fun to work with. A great team spirit and working environment in general.

Lack of storage space in the room often made it a messy environment.
